The transcription process is handled by OpenAI, and the audio file is not stored after the transcription is completed.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App, including any recordings and transcriptions, complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Privacy and Data Security

Data Storage: We do not store your audio recordings or transcriptions on our servers. All recordings are stored locally on your device.

Transcription Data: When using the transcription service, your audio is encrypted and sent to the OpenAI API for processing. The audio file is not stored after the transcription is completed.

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your recordings or transcription data with any third parties. Your data remains private and secure.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, damage, or impair the App's functionality or the experience of other users. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:

• Using the App to record audio without consent from the person being recorded, where applicable by law.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
